Documentation for the new format strings feature #362

Hi! I've recently noticed this PR with format strings: https://github.com/berry-lang/berry/pull/355

But I don't see any changes in the Wiki, website or short manual regarding this functionality.

BTW. What is the canonical documentation for the language? If I am pointed to one I can submit a PR or change to add documentation about this new feature.

It's in my TODO list to update the wiki, but not before weeks.

I also need to figure out documentation process to avoid divergence between wiki and published documentation
