Update of EN short doc #386

I did a massive update of the EN-Short documentation to the latest Berry version. Since the full documentation moved to Markdown, I don't think we need any more the repository berry_doc so I moved the short-en in this repository in docs.

Actually I'm changing my mind. Since this repository is protected, let's keep it for code only, and move all the documentation to berry_doc.

Well, not making the code repository too big should be a good idea, after all we have an organization.
