Introduce argument "random"? #11

It seems that the non-random unoptimized arrays are at the far end of the poorest designs in a very skewed distribution for variance of the Euclidean distance for some constructions.

it is possible for experts to obtain such an array by direct access to the underlying internal functions which have an argument random
