hide the bottom two cells that refer to the css from the NBviewer render #27

@marcocox , Joris offered to do this (hide the bottom two cells that refer to the css) from the NBviewer through whatever JS magic. If you know how to do this as well, go ahead and close the issue. thanks

That's how you do it ;) I haven't rendered the notebooks and I guess there could be some issues with 'hiding' the actual cells that are meant to load the styles... But that's the basic idea.

Also it's a plain CSS solution. May not work on some older browsers, but those would have to be ancient by now. This is regular CSS3.
