Using bootstrap 4 and dependencies outdated #597

Followed bootstrap-loader to call bootstap4. However, keep getting build errors.

First build error was window undefined Updated sass-loader Second error document undefined.

I tried updating dependencies to resolve the error, but return with no luck.

Request guide to use bootstrap 4
