function_tree members have been moved into src, as appropriate. made one important optimization, turning off resetting of numbers.
fixes the failing tests:
for witness set (due to incorrect reference variable)
compilability of blackbox parsing.
now test can parse tracktype
fixed some python bindings
on my mac and ubuntu machines, this makes cleanly. i do still have one failing test on ND's CRC, puzzling me. it's in the endgames, in cauchy, initial approximation using PSEG fails only in multiple precision. something weird going on. if anyone else can replicate it, let me know!
