Includes:

appropriately incorporating/removing IRS variables
considering a camp/not camp split for war-torn countries
making sure non-nationally-representative surveys are used appropriately

Depending on how we count in-country/out-of-country refugees, looks like between 2.7 and 4.3 million people in IDP or refugee camps

From what I can see, it appears all surveys we use are nationally representative. I don't use some MICS5 in Senegal and Kenya that are not nationally representative. Sam's lines about non-national surveys no longer appear to apply.
