getTransferRateBit() is inaccurate [V 1.32.1] #81

On my download result it's showing getTransferRateBit is 6279927.7808 which is 6.2799277808 Megabits but on sppedtest.net I can see that my download speed is 58 Mbps/60 Mbps. I don't think getTransferRateBit() is providing in Bits.
