How to change language for Talkback on Asus:

Go to Android settings -> System -> Accessibility -> System -> Text-to-speech output -> Google Text-to-speech engine -> settings -> Language -> Choose your language and restart app

How to switch autocorrection of/off

Go to Settings -> Lanuages & Input -> Keyboard and input methods -> Virtual Keyboard -> ZenUI Keyboard settings -> Intelligent input -> Auto-correction -> set Off/Low/High

How to switch talkback on-off on Asus:

Switch on

Go to Android settings -> System -> Accessibility -> Services -> TalkBack -> click checkbox on -> Use Talkback? Click OK

Switch off

(remember to click options 1 time to select, two times to activate)

Go to Android settings -> System -> Accessibility -> Services -> TalkBack -> click checkbox off

Application specific accessibilty options

Todo (something like use 3 fingers, 3 clicks)
