Simplify and extend results page

• [x] Replace the result tables with datatables (https://datatables.net/examples/styling/bootstrap.html)
• [x] Hide all columns by default except abs, norm and LOR
• [x] Only show 3 decimal digits by default
• [x] Indicate repulsed items with some form of background marking
• [x] By default only show 100 items, with the option of showing all
• [x] Add a table of contents and back to top button
• [x] Add the extension to the text/fragment tables as a separate column
• [x] Mark the amount of frequent items in bold and with a tooltip for more information + docs in the introductive text
