Consider renaming OANC and MASC to XCES and XCES GrAF #33

Assuming the use within OANC and MASC indeed matches the spec, and the spec doesn't leave too much potential for variation

Further problem: both OANC and MASC now use XCES GrAF so the current terminology within snelSLiM is really confusing.
