Ubuntu support: 16-20 with the main config way.

Any chance we can follow-up on this PR? I personally prefer Ubuntu and this Ansible role seems a great idea for an easy to setup MariaDB instance.

Thank you for taking the time to submit this PR. Support for Debian was added with #45, which should work for Ubuntu as well?
