Cannot use JPLAY as output device #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to use JPLAY as output device. Squeezelite is unable to open/probe the 
devive
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See attached screen shot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Have tried both the latest version (1.1 and 1.2)on Windows 7, Windows 8 and 
Windows Server 2012

I suspect this is a bug selecting device 0, could you try "-o JPLAY" rather 
than "-o 0"?

Yes, with "-o JPLAY" everything seems to work!
