Add the man command and json files #11

Ok, I open the pull request with the man command. Since there have been modification in source, I will need to resolve the conflicts. (I need to learn a bit more about merge conflicts with git)

I choose to use json files as the starting foundation for structured man pages (unix philosophy: 1 man file for 1 program) , let's see how long it will last until something like color or bold need an other structure.

Colors, Bold & similar stuff will be implemented with a library and will be usable from anywhere.
