I encountered some issues, so I downloaded it myself from Google Drive. Now I'd like to know where I should place this file. requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='drive.google.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /uc?id=1Pes8TiRdxcJcGMNuQ66vNkNmnSsaY2Pl (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f440eb51dc0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable'))
