Use Coral Edge TPU or Myriad X with CPU #23

Is it possible to use Coral Edge TPU or Myriad X with the CPU to speed up?

@KartoffelToby I'm not sure that Coral TPU supports OpenVINO. Myriad X should support it but I didn't try to run SD on the Myriad X
