[RORDEV-975][RORDEV-238] the `indices` rule should allow kibana-related indices #188

when the kibana rule and the indices rule are defined in the same block, the indices rule should allow all Kibana-related indices implicitly, without additional configuration.

Massive improvement in typo busting and consistency! Did you use ChatGPT or did all by hand?

I did it manually. I noticed a missing comma, and then I quickly went through most of the file, attempting to correct the most obvious typos. But the idea of passing the docs through the ChatGPT is great and we should try to do it :)
