ITEP chess program: change erroneous page order

In the file М-20-Каисса.pdf there are two page order errors, both originated from 1960s (because type- and handwrited page numbers are erroneous too):

• Subroutine Дыры is torn apart: it starts on page 107 and continues on page 110 (pages 108,109 occupated by another subroutines).
• There are two versions of Счет subroutine: the old one on page 109 and the new (short & fast) one on page 112. Addreses are the same.

In this pull request page order in range 108-112 is changed to fix this:

• Дыры is continious: starts on page 107 and ends on page 108.
• Two versions of Счет are located close to each other: on pages 110 and 111
• Added comments on pages 1 (about all changes) and 111 (about new version of Счет
