[vanilla_core_profiler] Fixing int_sb_r/float_sb_r not resetting correctly in profiler #640

Fixing the bug discovered by @yodada, where int_sb_r/float_sb_r is not resetting correctly in profiler, which leads to mis-categorization of stall_depend_long_op.
