Adding of Non-pharm items #56

Add non-pharmacy items. This should allow adding of the various non-pharmacy items and their various stores within the inventory module.

@pwanjiru , I think this should be broken down further, there are multiple subtasks to this one, almost similar to the pharmacy subtasks
