Search in system in MCH clinic is allowing for the user to search & access details of males older than 5 years

Task

-Limit the search to all females & males younger than 5 years.

*After processing the male patient, the system prevents the user from enrolling the patient but retains the record on the queue. This wil be ideally fixed by the above task.
