cannot issue DPT, Vitamin A & OPV vaccines at immunization clinic #174

Steps to follow:

  1. Update stock at MCH stores and issue any of the above vaccines to MCH clinic
  2. Go to MCH clinic and issue DPT, Vitamin A or OPV to a child under 5yrs

Expected outcome

The system should allow updating records of a child's vaccinations

Actual outcome

The batch numbers for the DPT, Vitamin A or OPV are not displayed when a user is trying to update a child's vaccine records.

Task

-Review linking of concepts for the vaccines mentioned i.e. DPT, Vitamin A and OPV.

DTP, OPV can now be issued to a patient. It's a concept updating issue. However, we're having an issue with Vitamin A and the various dosages administered e.g. 100000 IU, 200000 IU.
