Findings:
-After selecting findings and moving on to the next page name in clinical notes, the system does not indicate/highlight on the Findings page with a green tick to show that that has been recorded.
This is a bit confusing.
Suggestion:
Have it done like what is on the other pages such as Examination for uniformity.
