ANC Immunization: A random Ajax error is displayed when trying to update `Malaria prophylaxis` vaccination #72

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to MCH clinic
  2. Select an ANC patient to attend to
  3. Try updating malaria prophylaxis vaccination details

    Expected results:

-System should allow a user to update the malaria prophylaxis vaccination details

Actual result:

An Ajax error is displayed when a user clicks on the icon that expands the maralia vaccine options allowing update of Malaria prophylaxis vaccination (it’s a random error as it’s not displayed every time)
