Rename script `whiter` to `fix_whitespaces` #24

I think that simple things are better than difficult things.

Current version of Test::Whitespaces has 2 scripts test_whitespaces to test whitespaces and scrip whiter to fix it.

Now I think that the name whiter is bad, because it is too difficult. To make things simpler and better I want to rename this script to fix_whitespaces.
