Provide commonly used noise function as argument options #324

Liliana (after workshop on 2024-10-09) suggested to provide most common noise functions (for the argument erf_eq_central) as options (while keeping the option for a user-defined function).

E.g. the commonly used noise function from the WHO 2019 could be chosen by entering the string "WHO_2019".

Liliana will ask Gunnmarit for a shortlist of equations that could be provided.
