Misleading `absolute_risk_as_ percent` value in aggregated output (main & detailed>agg_exp_cat) #332

@Viktor-FHI pointed out that the absolute_risk_as_ percent value in the attribute_health_ar() is too high (it was 2500 or so).

The absolute_risk_as_ percent values in the detailed>raw output look OK (i.e. they are between 0 & 100). So the error is introduced likely during aggregation of the raw results.

Note: absolute_risk_as_ percent represents the probability in % that someone in a specific noise exposure band experiences the health outcome specified
