Terms are the same as those used in the functional standard but the descriptions of the terms differs slightly - not sure if it's of material concern but perhaps we could align the descriptions more precisely by using the same wording.

Term Intention
shall
denotes a requirement: a mandatory element.
should
denotes a recommendation: an advisory element.
may
denotes approval.
might
denotes a possibility.
can
denotes both capability and possibility.
is/are
denotes a description
