Definitions/Design: Do we want to remove "Quaility Assurance Plan" #137

The Design section only refers to an analytical plan, and includes assurance activities as part of this. We need to decide if introducing a separate Assurance Plan is beneficial or if we only refer to an Analytical plan.

If we decide that having an Assurance plan separate to Analytical plan is beneficial we need to add this as an output of the design phase, and amend the list of what the Analytical plan considers.

If we decide to only have an Analytical plan, we need to remove this from the definitions, and amend the Analysis section that refers to it (either on Main after merging PR , or on the branch fix_#73_analysis_edits

Decision: Make explicit that Assurance plans are part of the Analytical Plan. Remove defnition of QA Plan

Definition of Quality Assurance Plan removed from definitions leaving open as changes also needed to design chapter
