@Hurstharrier FYI: @rebecca-wodcke-gad and I agreed that it does not make sense to draw a clear distinction between delivery, communication and sign-off. So these have been merged in part 2. This PR aligns the analytical lifecycle chapter with the contents of the rest of part 2

@Hurstharrier I just realised that I got the branching confused on this branch and it includes the preceding changes in #224 . So it would be better to merge this only AFTER #224 is merged (currently assigned to @rebecca-wodcke-gad , but might reassign it to you if that is preferred)
