Have added names to the preface and removed them from the introduction

@Hurstharrier I alphabetised the names. Adam Powell/Adam Powel was on there twice, but I couldn't find his name in email chain to confirm correct spelling. I wasn't sure how you put this list together as there were many more names on the wider group email you sent out recently
