Introduction: alter reference to Finance professional

• As a minor point, in para 1.1 of “finance professionals making spending forecasts”: I know it’s just an example, but given that forecasting isn’t really a finance responsibility and the analysis we do is more likely to be in support of influencing spending rather than predicting it, it sends a slightly odd message. I don’t have an alternative with a verb, but in line with the other bullet points I’d be happy with just “finance professionals”.
