Only bothering with this patch because I made some significant changes internally to the organization of the Log Viewer code, as well as fixed a pretty big issue with Eevee that I left in, due to a quick release.

• New options for customizing the New Game screen
• Log Viewer: Added additional evolution information (especially you Eevee)

Did that thing again where I thought I was done adding some quick new features, then added another one. This time it's some options for customizing the StartupScreen (or new game screen). You can set your three favorites and/or a message that will appear, all of which replaces the the GBA Controls section.
