feature!
You can now connect your Tracker to your Twitch stream, allowing viewers to use chat commands to get info from the Tracker.
Click the "Help" button on the Stream Connect screen to learn more about setting this up.
Added a fun sparkle effect when you encounter a shiny Pokémon
Added a safety check to prevent custom extensions from crashing the Tracker on startup
