A somewhat small release with a handful of bugfixes for issues that have popped up in the past few months

Release Notes

• Added wild encounter tracking for Safari Zone
• Added a help notification for a common with folder paths that include accented characters (such as 'é')
• Added support for additional config options in Settings.ini for Steam Deck (i.e. "Java Path")
• Fixed a rare issue where starting a new game didn't display the Pokémon on the Tracker until the first battle begun
• Several internal code changes to accommodate future extension development
