Update to 8.4.4: Add Super Kaizo rules

A super quick update to auto include the randomizer settings for the Super Kaizo ruleset.

• [8.4.4] Added Randomizer settings file for new Super Kaizo ruleset
• Added wild encounter tracking for Safari Zone
• Added a help notification for a common with folder paths that include accented characters (such as 'é')
• Added support for additional config options in Settings.ini for Steam Deck (i.e. "Java Path")
• Fixed a rare issue where starting a new game didn't display the Pokémon on the Tracker until the first battle begun
• Several internal code changes to accommodate future extension development
