Update file tagging by type.

How do I programmatically determine the fileType based on mime types? What are the options apart from keeping a very, very long list.

• [x] expand the list to include more types and ignore case.
• [x] Be sure to add .MTS for avchd file types.
• [ ] Tag types as directory if isDirectory.
