It would be nice to have "verified authors".
We know that the author is the owner of the GitHub repo.
We can see there his work and communication.
If there is a lot of communication, that should be enough to assert,
that he/she really is who we think he/she is.
So fake users should be spotted immediately.
Temporary identity theft is impossible to distinguish.
