Native `parse` implementation is buggy in IE 9 #11

27 tests currently fail in IE 9, which uses the native JSON.parse implementation:

Octal Values: 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 14, 17, 18, 21, 22, 25, 26, 29, 30, 33, 34, 37, 38, 41, 42, 45, 46.

Numeric Literals: 20.
