Create Nuget Package Please #45

This would help very much. I sill use JSON2 for only this reason. Thanks.

Of course—afraid I'm not familiar with nuget, though. Do I need to have Visual Studio installed to create a package? Are there any manifests that need to be included in the repo? This guide seems to be .NET-specific.
