Change Math Rendering Engine to KaTeX. #156

KaTeX is way faster, I have tried KaTeX on my personal blog, and the advantage is clear, the performance is unbeatable. This will hopefully improve our UX.

Additionally, MathQuill looks like good option for displaying a LaTex preview in real time.
