Math Symbol Wrapping #319

(Math editor) Wrapping an expression with symbols from the math category section of the keyboard such as sigma or brackets causes the inner expression to be slightly displaced from the correct position. This causes the algorithm to incorrectly recognizes the overall expression.

For example try wrapping sigma around x_i from the desktop. You can check the current values at any step by checking the mathjax preview.

  1. type x
  2. arrow key down
  3. type i
  4. highlight the entire thing
  5. click the sigma from the math category
