Apple keyboard with USB hub doesn't work. #2

My only USB keyboard (an old Apple one with a USB hub) doesn't work. I'd say 
there might be a bug in the USB enumerator.

The USB ID of the keyboard is on the third "usb" line of the screenshot I 
attached to issue #1, and I get the same I/O errors when I plug it in after 
boot.

Since I have no other USB keyboards, I can't test this further at this point. :)

I remember plan9 folks also complained about apple keyboards - probably same 
issue - it was mentioned that apple usb keyboard did not followed standard or 
so - it may need to have one to test and understand the problem.

I think that was mostly due to key codes, not USB enumeration. But I might be 
mistaken.
