ULAplus support needed #57

there are rare emulators, like JSpeccy, that supports ULAplus - since there are 
appearing good games using it, like from MojonTwins, and the next zx-spectrum 
clones seems to all support it, would be great if this emulator could support 
this feature as well - thanks
