Hello @HakaCode I'm very sorry but I missed this PR.

I'm going to release the Rising Stars 2023 next week, it could be nice to have a Portuguese version.

I'm closing this PR because there is no need to work on the 2022 but I will ping you when the 2023 version is ready.
