Move components to TypeScript #85

Rising Stars is a TypeScript project since the migration we did last year from Gatsby to Next.js but TypeScript was only used in a very few places.

This PR is an attempt to clean the codebase.

Convert components from js to tsx
Add global types under the namespace RisingStars
use context to handle project's data instead of doing prop drilling, through the package unstated-next that is a very thin wrapper around React Context.
