In IE8 if I would click at once button "Browse" - second input-file control appear. #123

It works cool, but in IE8 if I would click at once button "Browse" after first 
attach - second input-file control appear, if I click again - third control 
appear.. And selected file appear in list only after I click on page.

The project has been dormant for over a year and many of the support requests 
have been resolved and/or are invalid. So we're going to archive them all, 
pending review.

If you're still having a problem with the plugin, please visit the project page
