Duplicates the input field and file when file is choosen #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click browse
2.pick file
3. it clones the input field and makes 2 instances of the file choosen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should not duplicate and only make one instance of the file picked

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION: latest
JQUERY VERSION: 1.6.4

On what browser(s) or operating system?
BROWSER(S):
win7
