RequiredFieldValidator disables upload control #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a RequiredFieldValidator in ASP.NET
2.Add an ASP.NET button to validate the  required field in #1
3.The upload control is disabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The upload control should be enabled and allow user to select files to upload

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION:v1.47
JQUERY VERSION:1.3.2

On what browser(s) or operating system?
BROWSER(S): Firefox & Windows7
