FileUpload control getting disabled in IE 7 after page validation fails

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use IE 7
2. On a asp.net page use required field validators along with the Multi file 
upload control
3. Select any files to upload and fill in the required fields making one of the 
fields to fail validation.

What is the expected output? Once the page goes through page validation it 
should grey/disable the fileupload control

hat do you see instead? Once the page fails validation, upload control is 
getting disabled. I dont see this problem in IE8. Only IE7 give the problem.

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION: Latest
JQUERY VERSION: Latest

On what browser(s) or operating system?
BROWSER(S): IE7,IE8

The project has been dormant for over a year and many of the support requests 
have been resolved and/or are invalid. So we're going to archive them all, 
pending review.

If you're still having a problem with the plugin, please visit the project page
